Role Definition
Support in identification, shortlisting, creating, re-engineering of new products/concepts based on target customer's NDP, functionality, sustainability, economic viability, scalability, strong entry barrier and facilitating availability of ready finish product, marketing collateral, techno commercial trainings to internal team along with accompanying front end team for kick off meetings.
Responsibility Deliverables
CNCC Creation:
1)Supporting New product creation: Creating a yarn which has distinct value-added characteristics that can satisfy the NDP and has either/and in-built functionality, sustainability, economic viability, strong entry barrier, scalability and is profitable
2) Existing product identification & scaling it: Identifying an existing fibre or yarn which has distinct value-added characteristics that can satisfy the NDP and has either/and in-built functionality, sustainability, economic viability, strong entry barrier, scalability and is profitable.
3) Making the product and pricing available: Creating an ecosystem for making the products, samples, collaterals, bulk quantities required within the stipulated time & continuously fine-tuning the pricing & costing of the products so that it can be scaled profitably.
4) To facilitate SOP document creation for all products that we market under CNCC with respect to processing of yarns at knitting, weaving, and processing by talking to respective people and our experience.
5) Supporting Cross-selling in multiple segments/market: To multiply the scope of the shortlisted products from point 1&2, study the possibility of promoting these products in the segments that we are active in or identifying a new segment; either by offering the same product or reengineering the product in such a way that it satisfies the NDP of customers in those segments (Denims, Sportswear, Suiting, mattress, automotive, shoe, home textiles)
6) Marketing collaterals creation: Technical content creation for marketing collaterals, finished products of the products shortlisted in 1,2 for various targeted customers and segments.
7) Training the sales team: Creating training content and conducting sessions for internal marketing and sales team for pitching the product effectively
8) Preparing & participating in kick-off meetings with customers: Facilitating, participating along with the sales team in some of the important meetings with customers and suppliers for presenting the CNCC products
9) Participating in exhibitions, BSM & sales team meeting preparations: Facilitating, participating along with the sales team in exhibitions, BSM & sales team meeting preparations for presenting the CNCC products
10) Copyrights, technical certifications- (renewal and new applications), TC transfers for related certifications, support in brand registration
