B2B and B2C Senior Executive Sales


Role:

Responsible for driving revenue growth through effective online sales strategies. This position involves engaging with both business-to-business (B2B) clients and business-to-consumer (B2C) customers, utilizing your sales skills to meet and exceed targets. 

Job Description:

• Responsible for the implementation and execution of sales & marketing strategy across all channels targeting B2B / B2C
touchpoints.
• Responsible for ensuring segments of our business are supported for continuous growth, execution of various initiatives being responsible for all day to day sales & marketing to customer facing stakeholders which would include the following - 

1. Sales Development
2. Customer Engagement
3. Product Knowledge
4. Sales Presentations
5. Order Processing and Follow-Up
6. Target Achievement
7. Market Research
8. Customer Support (User query resolution, Guiding user on platform usage) 
9. Strong cross-functional follow-up
10. Reconciliation

* Responsible for online platform user level troubleshooting and highlighting functional issues to the relevant team for better platform performance and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably from a Textile background

Desirable Skills:

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. The candidate will extensively liaise with cross-functional teams along with customers and vendors. The role also involves and need the candidate to support the digital initiatives and engage in digital transformation activities.

Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in an online environment.
