Role Overview:

Texperts is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator (Junior to Sr. Executive level) to manage and support the Salesforce platform across the organization. The role involves day-to-day administration, user support, basic-to-intermediate configurations (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, custom objects), and data integrity maintenance. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and train end-users, while coordinating with external development partners for advanced customizations. Additionally, the candidate will, identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and support CRM-driven business objectives to enhance operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary administrator of the Salesforce platform for the organization.
  • Perform basic configuration tasks including creation of users, roles, profiles, dashboards, reports, workflows, validation rules and custom object and fields.
  • Provide first-level support to internal users regarding Salesforce-related queries, access, and functionality.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for Salesforce module customization.
  • Liaise with external Salesforce development partners or agencies for advanced customizations and integration.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the Salesforce system.
  • Monitor system performance and usage metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate the workflows using Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules and focus on improvement of the current processes
  • Document configuration changes, processes, and SOPs for reference.
  • Drive thorough UAT of the modules being developed and deployed on different environments
  • Provide regular and scheduled training of salesforce modules to users with refresher trainings to ensure effective module utilization and knowledge retention.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities relevant to business needs.
  • Maintain data security and integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and integration with third-party tools
  • Assist in basic customization using Apex triggers or LWCs for advanced business logic (preferable skill).
  • Generate dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., sales pipeline, customer service metrics).

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required), Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification (preferred).
  • Certifications in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud are advantageous.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin and support role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM modules and business workflows.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Process Builder, and data management tools (e.g., Data Loader).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-departmental collaboration with proficient use of project management tools like Jira.
  • Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer data management.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of system performance and user experience.
