Assistant Manager/ Manager - Sales & Business Development


Role:

Responsible for generating leads and converting the leads into business. He is responsible for achieving the targeted sales/profitability by selling yarn, fiber and fabrics. He is also expected to lead company's initiative to develop new products and markets by meeting customers, promoting products, collecting market information and suggesting strategies to stay ahead of competition. 

Job Description:

Role Deliverable 

1.Responsible for Lead generations, customer/supplier development, product development, achieving targeted sales and margin, timely collection, and customer credibility verification. (In assigned territory or for the product responsible)
2. Develop relationship with domestic customers/suppliers in the assigned territory on a long- term basis keeping in mind targeted profitability. 
3.Networking and relationship management with key people in the organizations of suppliers, customers, other trade bodies, vendors, and other industry players. 
4.Timely collection of payments. 100 % payment to be collected on time and deviations to be reported to the company.
5. Monitor market trends, develop new products and source of supply for new products. 
6. Acquire new customers while providing exceptional service to existing customers, effectively expanding the customer base and successfully closing business deals.
